Hand-knotted in Nepal by skilled artisans, Tessuto is crafted entirely from natural materials, blending 2-line wool with 2-line nettle and cactus fibers. These raw, organic materials were carefully selected for their distinctive textures and natural beauty. Working closely with our weavers, we explored scalloped contours and intricate hand techniques to recreate the tactile richness of fine fabric within a sculptural rug form.
The result is a striking high-low pile that evokes movement, rhythm, and refined presence; a timeless expression of craftsmanship and material integrity.
