These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern access to and use of the website operated by NASIRI Inc (“NASIRI,” “Company,” “we,” “our,” or “us”), as well as all purchases made through the Website or via direct invoice. By accessing the Website or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
- 1. Orders & Acceptance
All orders are subject to written acceptance by NASIRI Inc. An order becomes binding only upon receipt of payment and issuance of written confirmation. NASIRI reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order, correct pricing or typographical errors, limit quantities, and verify information before processing.
No oral representations or prior communications shall modify these Terms unless confirmed in writing by NASIRI.
- 2. Pricing & Payment
All prices are listed in U.S. Dollars (USD). Prices do not include shipping or freight, installation, customs duties, taxes, or international import fees unless explicitly stated.
Payments are securely processed through PCI-DSS-compliant third-party providers such as Stripe and PayPal. NASIRI does not store full credit card information on its servers.
Full payment is required before in-stock merchandise is shipped.
For custom or made-to-order rugs: A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to begin production. The remaining balance is due before shipment.
Unauthorized chargebacks or payment disputes made in violation of these Terms may be pursued to the fullest extent permitted by law. NASIRI reserves the right to recover associated fees, collection costs, and reasonable legal expenses.
- 3. Custom & Made-to-Order Rugs
Custom and made-to-order rugs are final sale and non-cancellable once production has begun. They are non-returnable and non-refundable.
Due to the handmade nature of our rugs, variations are inherent and not defects. These include:
Dye lot and color variation, Abrash and shading, texture and weave variation, pattern alignment variation, natural fiber irregularities, and size tolerance of up to ±5%.
Client-approved samples are for reference only and may not exactly replicate the final production due to artisanal processes.
- 4. Shipping & Delivery
Shipping costs are the Buyer’s responsibility unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Risk of loss transfers to the Buyer once merchandise is released to the carrier.
Delivery timelines are estimates only and not guaranteed.
NASIRI is not responsible for delays due to:
Freight carriers, customs clearance, weather events, supply chain disruptions, and events beyond our control.
- 5. International Orders
We may ship internationally where permitted by law.
The Buyer is solely responsible for:
Compliance with import laws and payment of any applicable duties.
Orders refused due to unpaid duties or import restrictions will not qualify for a refund of shipping or related charges.
- 6. Inspection & Freight Damage
All deliveries must be inspected upon receipt. Any visible freight damage must be noted with the carrier before signing. Freight damage must be reported in writing within 24 hours of delivery.
Original packaging must be retained. Failure to report within 24 hours voids freight damage claims.
Claims made after installation, modification, cutting, or alteration will not be accepted.
- 7. Returns (In-Stock Rugs Only)
Returns apply only to eligible in-stock rugs.
Return requests must be submitted within seven (7) days of delivery.
Returned items must be unused, uninstalled, and in original packaging.
A restocking fee between 15%–25% may apply.
Return shipping costs and insurance are the Buyer's responsibility.
Custom, bespoke, modified, clearance, and special-order items are final sale.
- 8. Storage & Refused Shipments
Merchandise not accepted within 30 days of delivery notification may be subject to storage fees.
If a shipment is refused:
• Return freight and handling charges will be deducted
• Custom orders remain non-refundable
- 9. Installation & Site Conditions
Buyer is responsible for:
• Accurate measurements
• Verifying access (doorways, elevators)
• Site suitability
• Inspecting the product prior to installation
NASIRI is not responsible for improper installation, site conditions, or third-party installer errors.
