1. No Returns Policy
Due to the nature of our products and the care involved in crafting and handling each rug:
- We do not accept returns for any reason, including:
- Change of mind
- Preference of color, size, or design
- Buyer's remorse
- Unsuitability for your space or décor
All sales are considered final once the order has been confirmed.
Please review all product details, dimensions, colors, and descriptions carefully before placing your order, and contact us in advance if you have any questions.
2. Order Cancellations
Because orders are processed and prepared quickly:
- Cancellation requests can only be considered before the order enters processing/handling.
- Once the order is in processing, packed, or shipped, it cannot be cancelled.
Approval of a cancellation request is not guaranteed and depends on the current status of the order.
3. Damaged or Incorrect Items
Although we do not accept returns, we take quality and accuracy very seriously.
If you receive an item that is:
- Damaged in transit, or
- Clearly incorrect (wrong item sent compared to your order confirmation)
then you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:
- Order number
- Clear photos of the rug and packaging
- Description of the issue
Where appropriate and at our sole discretion, we may:
- Arrange a repair
- Offer a replacement
- Offer another resolution consistent with our internal policies
4. Non-Returnable Items
All items sold on our website are non-returnable, including but not limited to:
- Standard collection rugs
- Custom-made or made-to-order rugs
- Sale or promotional items
- Any rug cut, altered, installed, or used
Once delivered and accepted in good condition, the sale is final.
5. No Exchanges
If you wish to purchase a different rug, it will be treated as a new and separate order.
6. Chargebacks & Disputes
If you have any issue with your order, contact us directly so we can review and address your concern.
Unauthorized payment disputes or chargebacks that contradict this clearly stated no-returns final sale policy may be contested with documentation of:

- Delivery confirmation
